Since many of our societies have not been able to get to their mites at church we have extended March for Mites till May 30. Individuals or societies may send their mites to our President Susan Harnos. Her address is on the last page of the New Jersey Mission Light, the LWML NJ District newsletter.
Rejoicing! God is Good! After paying our 3rd Mite Grant and grants received by March 12th (not counting March for Mites) we were able to pay our 4th Mite grant to Our Savior, Stanhope and Barbara Giaquinto to bring God’s word to the unchurched preschool families. Thank you all for being faithful.
Now in April, May and June we need to raise $4000.00 to pay our last 2 Mite Grants. LCMS Ministry to the Armed Forces and their Families and Bethania Kids. Keep up the good work ladies. I give thanks to God for all you do. Christ is Risen. He is Risen Indeed! Alleluia!
