  • Make some time in your schedule to take part in the LWML District retreat in November.

  • Manage your time.

  • Make time for reflection on Christ's grace and mercy for yourself and your family.

  • Devote time to hear Christ's voice through the Sacred Scripture.

  • Ask others for help.

  • Practice relaxation techniques.

Diet and Exercise
  • Build a support system.

  • If you are able, begin the habit of walking every day. With time, increase the length and speed of your walk.

  • As you walk, endeavor to enjoy your surroundings.

  • Consult health provider for appropriate diet program.

  • Start the New Year off right and make an appointment to get a yearly check up or have medical tests done that you have been putting off.
